2Channel Providers you connect
Push services (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service, Huawei Push Kit), SMS gateways, WhatsApp Business Solution Providers, email services and RCS providers are connected by each customer using its own credentials. Those providers act for the customer under the customer’s agreements and are not TrueEngage sub-processors. TrueEngage sends them only the data needed to deliver each message.
3Changes to this list
We give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, by email to account owners and on this page. Customers may object as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
