November 2026
Alerts in one list, report alerts, SDK Logger, Campaign Reports, emailed dashboards, new report options and new sidebar groups.
This month brings a clearer Alerts list, alerts on your saved reports, a live SDK Logger, Campaign Reports and emailed dashboards, and moves reports, alerts and developer pages into their own sidebar groups.
Reports & Alerts and Developers in the sidebar
Alerts and Reports moved out of the Analytics group into a new Reports & Alerts group, together with Dashboard Subscriptions, in the order Reports, Dashboard Subscriptions, Alerts. Campaign Reports is a tab of Reports, not a separate entry. API Keys and Developer (now Developer Tools) moved out of Settings into a new Developers group, which also holds SDK Logger. Analytics keeps Dashboards and Funnels.
Nothing else changes: your permissions, saved reports, alerts and API keys are the same, and old bookmarks and email links to the previous addresses still open the right page.

Email a dashboard on a schedule
Select Schedule email on a custom dashboard to have its headline numbers emailed every day, week or month, to up to 50 people. Monthly can also run on the first, second, third, fourth or last weekday. The email shows each widget's value with the change from the previous period, the top rows of list widgets and a View dashboard button; charts are not drawn, and there is no attachment. See and manage every subscription under Dashboard Subscriptions, or Reports, Schedules, Dashboard schedules.

Session and source reports, OR event groups and segment filters
Reports has a new Session and source report: sessions, unique users, new-user sessions, bounce rate, average active span and sessions per user, split by up to two properties such as platform, app version or where the person first came from. In Trends, Breakdown and Retention you can now count several events as one series with or, and Trends and Breakdown can be limited to the people in a segment. Existing reports are unchanged.

Campaign reports
Reports & Alerts, Reports, on the Campaign reports tab, exports the numbers of many campaigns and flows at once: one row per campaign and one per flow, with the columns you pick (setup, audience, schedule, delivery, skip and failure reasons, conversions, control group and cost). Build it once or every day, week or month, as CSV or Excel, optionally zipped or split by channel. Recipients get a download link that works for 7 days, never an attachment, and the file holds totals only, never individual people.
Availability: Test and Live.
For more information, see Campaign reports.
Alerts in one list
Alerts is now one list with three tabs and a count on each: All, System and Custom. System alerts are built in; select Turn on on a row to create it from its template. Nothing is turned on for you. Search by name, filter by type, destination and status, and use the row menu to edit, mute, enable or delete. Each row shows who created the alert and where it goes, for example "Slack, +2 others".
A new Campaign expiry alert warns you when a repeating campaign or an in-app message is about to reach its end date, so it does not stop without notice.
Availability: Test and Live.
For more information, see Alerts.
Alerts from a saved report
Open a saved report and select Create alert to be told when its headline number goes above or below a limit, or drops or rises by a percentage compared with the previous days or hours. Trends, Breakdown, Session and source and Retention reports are supported. On a Breakdown report you can watch the total, any row (each row has its own incident) or one named row. The alert uses the same destinations and incidents as your other alerts.
Availability: Test and Live.
For more information, see Alerts.
SDK Logger
Developers, SDK Logger shows what the TrueEngage SDK in your app is doing, live, while you test. Start a session, scan the QR code or type the short code on a test phone, and the log lines of the app appear in the console. Filter by level, search, load earlier lines, copy a line, extend a session or end it. Emails, phone numbers and tokens are hidden on the device before anything is sent. It needs SDK version 1.0.0 or later on Android, iOS, Web or Flutter. Live sessions are limited to important messages and a shorter time.
Availability: Test and Live.
For more information, see the release notes for Android, iOS, Web and Flutter.
One-time schedules and a daylight saving fix
Campaign Reports and emailed reports can now run One time, as soon as possible or at a date and time you choose, as well as daily, weekly or monthly. Changing the time of a finished one-time report runs it again at the new time. When the clocks go back and the same local time happens twice, a scheduled report now runs at the first one instead of being skipped or sent twice.
Availability: Test and Live.
For more information, see Campaign reports.
Fixes and improvements
- Adding another workspace no longer shows the sign-up checklist panel again.
- The platform choice when adding an app now offers Android, iOS and Web only.
- Live events on the Developer page can show only standard or only custom events.
- Signing out asks for confirmation first.
- Campaign Reports: a report that takes too long to build now stops and says so instead of hanging, and a temporary failure is retried before it is marked failed. Run history is kept separately for runs you start and scheduled runs, so a busy manual week no longer pushes out the files already emailed.
- Campaign Reports: Run now limits you to three builds an hour, and clicking it several times at once can no longer get past that limit.
- Campaign Reports: the downloaded file now has the report's own name.
